Abstract
Throughout decades Development the healthcare field has become much more complex than the old one.This is due to the rush of medical and technological evolution and as a result of the overwhelming amount of information needed to be used. Moreover, Healthcare providers are impacted by an acute combination of rising costs, Increase Medical Error, declining margins and demanding patients wanting the best quality care They was consequently trying to operate more efficiently and provide the best quality patient care and service by making informed decisions.This research is implementing Key Performance indicators for Magrabi hospital that do to measure Clinic Performance.The goal of the Online key Performance indicator system is to support hospital to give alerts to service providers if potential problems. There are variety of KPI{u2019}s that can be used to help in assessing the technical quality and performance of employees and collected together in the form of dashboard that is distributed to key stakeholders using data visualization software. After implementing the KPI{u2019}s it’s Impacted on the organization to enabled it now to define and measure progress towards organizational goals. Healthcare providers can achieve continuous improvement through KPI-enabled process performance monitoring against the set targets
