There are variety of KPI{u2019}s that can be used to help in assessing the technical quality and performance of employees and collected together in the form of dashboard that is distributed to key stakeholders using data visualization software. After implementing the KPI{u2019}s it’s Impacted on the organization to enabled it now to define and measure progress towards organizational goals.
