Abstract

The present work has been carried out on the kidney sample of 80 male rats. The Experiment has been divided into two Experimental setup mode of exposure: In the 1st made a Daily Interval Exposure UVA (8hours/day): The male rats were divided into four groups, each group 10 rats. The male rats were divided into control and three groups for 10, 15, 20 days, UVA radiation exposure, where one UVA- lamp has been used. In the 2nd Continuous UVA Radiation Exposure (24hours/Day): the male rats were divided into control and three groups for 17, 27, 59 days, in this part two UVA- lamps have been used.A biochemical analysis of the blood serum using Mindray hematology analyzer Bc2800- specific lad software Germany. The histopathological changes of the kidney tissue, using light microscope (LM) and the ultrastructure of kidney cell by using transmission electron microscope (TEM),have been investigated.
