Advertising is of great importance for the consumer as a means of information and shopping, and for the advertiser as a means of sales promotion, as well as for press institutions as an important funding source and therefore for the economy of society as a whole, so the emergence of space advertising was an imperative necessity that accompanied the emergence of satellite channels as a mass media, and space advertising is characterized by a degree of expansion Too big and refined quality as optical productions, as well as condensed advertising campaigns. All countries of the world are racing to achieve the most progress and development in various fields and specialties, and the media is one of the tools that these countries focus on in achieving their goal, because the media is the driving forces of growth and development, as the word media means informing the public about what is happening around them of events and news provided Commitment to honesty and objectivity, with the aim of raising awareness, forming trends and modifying behavior. And advertising campaigns are considered one of the most successful communication means that express the social and cultural environment of the public, because they accurately include analyzes of the situations and circumstances related to the target person, whether the advertisements are commercial or social marketing, they carry in themselves indications of everything that relates to man and from various psychological aspects, Social, material, value and even civilizational. With the emergence of the term social marketing in the beginning of the seventies years, the media was used to promote positive ideas and human values, in order to try to rebalance the social system and stability of the individual’s psychological and social life. Ad campaigns were also used to promote this, and campaigns to prevent smoking, donate blood, campaigns Awareness of traffic accidents and campaigns to promote local products in order to revive the national economy of the country. So that the media campaigns are one of the most important forms expressing the social and cultural environment of the public, because they involve a careful analysis of the attitudes and circumstances related to the target person as they carry connotations about everything that relates to man and from various psychological, social, value and even civilizational aspects, and with the emergence of the term social marketing in Beginning in the seventies, the media used the matter to promote positive human thoughts and values in an attempt to rebalance the social system and stability of the individual’s psychological and social life. Religious awareness campaigns, environmental awareness campaigns, and traffic accidents prevention campaigns have appeared, in addition to the campaigns that support the latter small industries that aim to preserve the industry and support small industries that are interested in providing job opportunities. Objectives of the study : This study seeks to achieve a major goal:Learn about the role that advertising campaigns play in raising awareness of the importance of small industries and ways to provide employment opportunities., from this goal, a set of objectives emerges: 1- Knowing the importance of advertising campaigns in supporting small industries. 2- Disclosing the role of small industries in providing job opportunities. 3- Finding whether these advertising campaigns are achieving their goal for their viewers. 4- Knowing the demographic and social and cultural characteristics of the viewers of these campaigns. 5- Knowing the degree of individuals’ appetite for these advertisements for small industries, and knowing the real motives for this demand. 6- Learn about the cognitive, emotional and behavioral effects of advertising campaigns for small industries. The methodological framework of the study: It is natural for the methodological framework of the study to be related to the theoretical perceptions that it promotes and the research goals that it seeks to achieve. Indeed, the specificity of the research goals imposes on the researcher a broad and flexible methodological framework at the same time, especially studies in the field of work development in localities and what affects the process of development in them, and perhaps That is what imposes on us the necessity of the current study to be an attempt at how to link causes, manifestations and results. 1- Type of study: The current study is considered descriptive studies and the descriptive study is defined as including the study of the current facts related to the nature of a phenomenon, situation or a group of situations. Descriptive research is also concerned with identifying reality and collecting facts about it and analyzing some aspects of it, which contributes to work on its development. This type of research is characterized by its accuracy and breadth. Its content and scope. This study seeks to describe and analyze the role of advertising campaigns in supporting small industries and providing job opportunities.
