المستخلص
استهدفت الدراسة تعليم اللغة العربية للأغراض التجارية للناطقين بلغات أخرى بالمستوى المتقدم باستخدام برنامج قائم على نظرية التعلم المستند إلى الدماغ؛ ولتحقيق ذلك تم إعداد قائمة بالمجالات التجارية والمواقف والمهارات اللغوية اللازمة للدارسين تضم: ثلاثة مجالات تجارية، واثنى عشر موقفًا لغويًّا مرتبطًا بهذه المجالات، وخمس عشرة مهارة لغوية مرتبطة بكل مجال وما يتصل به من مواقف، وفي ضوئها تم بناء اختبار؛ لقياسها، وبناء برنامج في ضوء نظرية التعلم المستند إلى الدماغ مع إعداد دليل للمعلم، وكتاب للدارس؛ لتعليم اللغة العربية للأغراض التجارية.
وطُبِّقت الدراسة على مجموعة تجريبية واحدة مكونة من ثلاثين متعلمًا من الدارسين الملتحقين بكلية التجارة بجامعة الأزهر الشريف، وجامعات الهند من فرق دراسية مختلفة، وخرجي كلية التجارة ممن يعملون بمجال التجارة وإدارة الأعمال. ثم قورنت نتائج المجموعة بتطبيق الاختبار قبليًّا- بعديًّا.
وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج من أهمها:
- تحسُّن مستوى متعلمي مجموعة الدراسة في مهارات اللغة العربية الأربع: (الاستماع ويضم ثلاث مهارات فرعية، والتحدث ويضم أربع مهارات فرعية، والقراءة وتضم خمس مهارات فرعية، والكتابة وتضم ثلاث مهارات فرعية) للأغراض التجارية، مما يؤكد فاعلية البرنامج القائم على نظرية التعلم المستند إلى الدماغ في تنمية المهارات اللغوية المستهدفة.
ومن أهم ما أوصت به الدراسة:
- تقديم برامج لتعليم اللغة العربية للناطقين بلغات أخرى في جميع المستويات اللغوية قائمة على نظرية التعلم المستند إلى الدماغ؛ لما لها من أثر فعَّال في تعلم اللغة العربية.
- تقديم المهارات اللغوية في ضوء المجالات التخصصية والمواقف اللغوية المحددة وفق الاحتياجات اللغوية للدارسين.
THE STUDY PROBLEM:
The review of literature showed that although there is a great interest in learning Arabic language by the speakers of other languages all over the world, there are no programs for teaching Arabic for business purposes (ABP) for those learners in Egypt, which can meet their language needs. The pilot study conducted on 30 speakers of other languages, enrolled in the Faculty of Commerce, al-Azhar University. It revealed that the existing Arabic for business purposes programs do not meet their personal interests and needs, and they feel anxiety and lack of self-confidence in the classroom. They do not master the language skills and they can not understand the content and vocabulary of business in Arabic, therefore, they have to use dictionaries to face this problem. Therefore, the present study investigates the effectiveness of using a suggested program based on the brain-based learning theory for teaching Arabic language for business purposes to speakers of other languages.
In order to tackle this problem, the following three questions were stated:
1) What are the language fields required for teaching Arabic for business purposes for the speakers of other languages?
2) What is the suggested program based on the brain-based learning theory for teaching Arabic language for business purposes to speakers of other languages?
3) What is the effectiveness of a suggested program based on the brain-based learning theory for teaching Arabic language for business purposes to speakers of other languages?
- STUDY LIMITATIONS:
- Speakers of other languages enrolled in the faculty of commerce, and Graduates Of the Faculty Of Commerce Who Work in the field of Commerce and Business administration
- Learning of Arabic at advanced level in Arabic Language for Life Programs; To be able to express their necessary business language needs to them.
- the business fields necessary for teaching Arabic for business purposes, Arabic learners agree on its importance and the importance of using Arabic language in practicing the linguistic situations associated with it.
- Arabic Language skills needed for learners of Arabic speaking other languages, and related to the linguistic attitudes they practic in the business fields that have been identified.
