المستخلص The study aims to identify the effect of Psychological Hardness on Work Stress through conducting the application on all Workers at North Delta Electricity Distribution Company in Dakahlia Governorate. The researcher has relied on a sample size of (355) one and it was distributed to the company’s employees. The inspection unit included everyone who works at the company under study at different levels and administrative positions. The researcher used a survey list that was prepared for the purpose of collecting data on the study variables that are represented psychological Hardness (Independent variable) and Work Stress (dependent variable) . The researcher used Cronbach’s alpha coefficient to calculate the reliability and validity factors, Pearson Correlation Coefficient and regression analysis method for analyzing field study data. The researcher has reached conclusions, the most important one is, there is an inverse significant correlation between the dimensions of Psychological Hardness (challenge, control , confidence ) and the dimensions of Work Stress such as ( role burden , role ambiguity , psychological stress). As well as the presence of a (negative ) significant effect of , psychological Hardness on all Work Stress dimensions from the point of view of workers of the North Delta Electricity Distribution company in Dakahlia Governorate. |
