This study aimed to verify the existence of a statistically significant correlational relationship between the components of mental immunity and the meaning of life among those recovering from Hepatitis C patients. It also aimed to reveal the presence of statistically significant differences between the performance averages on the variables of the components of psychological immunity and the meaning of life according to the variance of the variable (type) and (Marital status) and (those recovering from Hepatitis C patients and among the recipients of treatment), and I also aimed to know the true size of the components of psychological immunity and its dimensions in a statistically significant manner as independent variables in predicting the meaning of life as a dependent variable for a sample of those recovering from C virus patients, and the study sample was formed In its final form of (150) individuals, the researcher applied the Psychological Immunology Scale (prepared by Issam Zaidan 2013) and the Meaning of Life Scale (prepared by Doaa Abdullah 2016), as modified by the researcher. The researcher relied on a number of statistical methods, the most important of which is the Pearson correlation coefficient to reveal the relationship between the study variables, the ”T” test for the significance of the differences between the averages, and the linear regression coefficient to determine the true size of the independent variables that influence the prediction of the degree of dependent variables .
The results of the study concluded that there is a statistically significant correlational relationship between the components of mental immunity and the meaning of life for those recovering from Hepatitis C patients, and statistically significant differences between the sexes were found in some components of mental immunity and found no statistically significant differences between the sexes in the total degree of psychological immunity, and differences were found. Statistically significant according to the social status in some components of mental immunity and the absence of statistically significant differences in the total degree of psychiatric immunity. There were statistically significant differences between those recovering from Hepatitis C patients and among carriers of the disease ”receiving treatment” in some components of psychological immunity and the total degree of meaning of life. On the other hand, it was found Some dimensions of mental immunity contribute in a statistically significant way to predict the degree of variation in the meaning of life dimensions for a sample of patients recovering from Hepatitis C.
