Abstract New Synthetic Methods of 2-aminothiophene, thieno[2,3-d] pyrimidine, tetrahydrobenzo[b]thiophene and benzo[4,5]thieno[3,2-e]pyrido[1,2-a] pyrimidine derivatives. - New Synthetic Routes to Polyfunctionally Substituted Heterocycles , Synthesis of Substituted 4H-pyrano[3,2-c]quinoline,4H-pyrano[3,2-h]quinoline and 4H-benzo[g]chromene derivatives. - The structure of all synthesized compounds were confirmed by several spectroscopic techniques, including IR, 1H NMR and mass spectroscopy. - The molal solubilites and thermodynamic parameters for some synthesized compounds in pure ethanol and mixed ethanol - water solvents were measured at five different temperatures were measured. - The cyclic voltammetry of some synthesized compounds was determined, all the solvation and thermodynamic parameters like stability constant and Gibbs free energies of solvation were evaluated and their data were discussed. - Theoretical calculations for some synthesized compounds were done quantum mechanically by using Gaussian 09 set of calculations in gas phase, ethanol, water and acetone for evaluating the different thermal and thermodynamic parameters. |
