Public relations specialist in virtual technology incubator projects and its role in sustainable development of government institutions - an applied study 1. The study problem: With the technological and technological progress, he expected the continuation of this progress and the diversity of modern means of communication besides the complexity of societies and conflicts of interests and competition between companies. The importance and necessity of public relations has increased, so it has become one of the requirements of work in large institutions and companies that workers in any institution be aware of their goals and that what they provide of services or production commensurate with The surrounding environment and the challenges it faces in order to increase their ability to play their roles to achieve its goals in addition to increasing their awareness of the importance of their actions and activities to support the role of their institutions in their societies and in the global market according to the nature of the founder’s activities In which they work and the scope of their work and with the presence and availability of modern communication technology, this technology must be used by the various departments of the institution, especially the Public Relations Department to achieve the goals of their institutions with high efficiency and this requires an awareness and training capacity to use this virtual technology and benefit from it in this framework seeks research through this The study indicates knowledge of the extent to which employees use public relations departments and the skills of using these modern communication techniques and means to raise the level of job performance for those in charge of public relations with these thousands of technology incubators. Consolation and involvement of workers in the performance of this role through interactive communication and the impact of this on the administrative and communication aspects of their institutions. The research problem of the current study can be formulated through the following main question: What is the role of public relations man in projects incubating virtual technology in sustainable development? 2. The importance of the study: The importance of the study can be summarized in the following points: 1- The scarcity of Arab media studies concerned with studying the role of a public relations man in projects incubating virtual technology in sustainable development. 2- It represents dealing with virtual technology in addition to the scientific heritage that deals with the means of communication used by public relations and how to deal with the role of public relations man in sustainable development - This study provides a database for subsequent studies in the field of public relations, including data and information on organizational and administrative aspects of public relations departments in companies incubating virtual technology and the role of public relations man in sustainable development. - The tremendous development in telecommunications technology in all countries of the world has led to a huge gap in the communication capabilities of institutions and economic bodies in developing countries and their counterparts in developed countries, which necessitates institutions, whatever their activity, the need to reduce that gap in public relations departments if they wish to Presence and competition in global markets. - The researcher’s sense of interest on the part of companies incubating virtual technology in public relations activities with the aim of improving their image within societies and the importance of sustainable development plans in the coming years.
