المستخلص

The issue of education development has become one of the main issues raised in our contemporary world. Development must include several aspects, the most important of which are goals, content, teaching methods, educational methods and activities. Also, development must be in a balanced way so that it includes all aspects until the desired goal is achieved and the goals set are achieved.
The evaluation also aims to provide information and data to determine the type of activities and events that are appropriate for the student, and to reveal the problems facing the teaching and learning process, and to diagnose the strengths and weaknesses in education and benefit from these results by reviewing our educational programs and working to develop and improve the teaching and learning process.
And that physical exercises as a basic subject in physical education programs are considered one of the important and effective means in achieving many of the goals of physical education as they contribute a great deal in the acquisition of physical fitness for individuals, as it achieves the physical and physical structure necessary for each individual to perform the daily currency in full or progress in Various educational activities.
