المستخلص
The present research aims at recognizing :
1- Analyzing the status quo of the internal and external environment of Egyptian handball federation through ( strengths points – weakness points – opportunities ).
2- Determining the investment aspects in Egyptian handball federation .
3-Conducting economical feasibility studies to invest the activities in Egyptian handball federation through the feasibility study ( marketing – technical – social – financial ) .
In the light of the study findings , the researcher conclude the following :
1- The most important goals that the economical feasibility study should include at Egyptian handball federation are to achieve the maximum increase and continuous economical return through determining total costs that are necessary to increase the size and improve the services , activities quality of the federation , determining total economical returns anticipated from the processes of producing services , activities and programs , determining the funding sources that are necessary to increase and improve the quality of services , activities and programs of the federation and how to obtain them .
2-The marketing feasibility study of handball should include determining the numbers of the present and prospective beneficiaries , dividing them into sectors and classes and increasing them , determining the pricing policies of activities , services , programs and championships according to the market value increase of Egyptian handball , determining systems of payment , improving the mental image of the federation for the beneficiaries and foreign and internal public , studying the present public size and the prospective increase in the light of population numbers .
3- The technical feasibility study of Egyptian handball federation should include determining the international and local championships that expected to participate in all age stages , as well as camps , determining activities , services and programs related with referee , training and management , determining the courts intended to be developed according to safety factors and modern technological specifications , determining the ideal size of sport labors in the federation , it’s branches , clubs and improving it’s performance , estimating the size of human , financial and technological outputs that are necessary to achieve the federation goals , estimating the size of tools and apparatus that are necessary for the human components to improve and manage the game .
4- Funding feasibility study of Egyptian handball federation should include determining funding structure for activities and programs of the federation , estimating the initial costs size for sport apparatus and instrument and tabulating them according to usage , estimating the costs size of broadening activities , programs and services of the federation , determining the size of federation activities and services revenues and maximizing the expected , restructuring and increasing the size of sport caring contracts in the federation and maximizing it’s return and contracting with marketing agencies of technological orientation to be appropriate with the public attitudes .
5- Social feasibility study of Egyptian handball federation should include determining the expected national benefits on the national income from the suggested project to expand the federation activities and programs , determining the expected benefits on sport rising and international sport and social representation from the suggested project to expand the federation activities and programs , expanding in the basic structure , achieving a degree of self sufficiency inside the federation and improving the future revenues influencing the national profit.
