Abstract
With the rapid expansion of poultry production, searching for economically viable and environ-mentally friendly plant protein sources to reduce the dependence of soybean meal (SBM) and corn gluten meal has become an important challenge. The current study was conducted in two experiments
Experiment (I): Total 150 broiler Arbor Acres plus chicks were used to study the effect of inclusion of graded levels of DDGS with and without supplementation of multienzymes in broiler diets. Broiler chickens in this study were allotted into five groups in each contained 30 birds each group with 3 replicate, with 10 birds in each one, they were fed on isocaloric and isonitrogenous diets. Feed and water were provided ad-libitum along the duration of the trial. The feeding period was divided into 3 stages:

The obtained results revealed .
1) The statistical results revealed that RGM can be included in broiler diets at a level of up to12% without negative effects on BW, BWG, FI and FCR at grower and finisher rearing stages as well as cumulative period. 2) Showed that feeding of the RGM had no effect on relative organ weights and carcass dressing was detected among dietary treatments. 3) Showed that no significant difference in the serum glucose, total cholesterol, triglycerides, HDL, LDL, total protein, albumin, globulin, ALT, AST, creatinine, uric acid and urea in dietary groups fed on diets contained RGM. 4) The results revealed no significant difference in the total returns (TR) and net profit were recorded among the RGM dietary treatments.
