Abstract
This invitro study was carried out on two epoxy resin models represent maxillary edentulous arch with 2 mm resilient layer represent oral mucosa, the aim of the work was to evaluate micro-strains on peri-implants tissues which result from different designs of maxillary complete overdenture assisted by different number of implants. According to the type of the (MIOD) designs and number of implants, four groups were classified: - 1-Model (A): four implants placed two in the canine region and two in the second premolar region (one on each side) and two designs of maxillary overdenture were made: • group (I): (MIOD) assisted by four implants • group (II): (PIOD) assisted by four implants
