Abstract
Laparoscopic orchidopexy is a logical extension of diagnostic laparoscopy for the evaluation and treatment of the impalpable testis. It has a low complication rate in experienced hands. Results of this series recommend laparoscopic orchidopexy with percutaneous closure of internal ring as the treatment of choice for the impalpable undescended testis that associated with congenital inguinal hernia in majority of cases and decrease incidence of inguinal hernia which may occur.
