Abstract The epidemiological network will be described by a graph whose members are represented by nodes and communications between individuals are represented by edges. An edge between two vertices can transmit the infection. In chapter two, we will explain some basic definitions and concepts in network science. In chapter three, we will apply the idea of networks and its mathematics to the model of an epidemiological network. In chapter four, we will discuss the dynamical transmission of two strains of MERS-Cov over a regular network which is divided into two parts according to the spread of the diseases. We will study the model that expresses the multi-strain of MERS-CoV in integer order formalism and also in fractional order formalism. Finally, references are listed. |
