Abstract The aim of our study was to detect the various presentations of ocular surface squamous neoplasia (OSSN) and their management options. It was prospective randomized interventional case series that included 54 patients presented to the outpatient clinic of Tanta University Eye Hospital who were suspected clinically to have OSSN over a period of two years from January 2016 to December 2017. All patients were subjected to complete ophthalmological evaluation including; detailed history taking, clinical examination and investigations; (UBM, AS-OCT and laboratory investigations). Also internal medicine and dermatological consultations were done for certain cases. |
