Change is among the most important phenomena accompanying a human society; in fact, it is among its important characteristics. Human communities are continuously changing and developing, since this what grants it survive, continuity and growth. Communities that lose its capability of sufficient and appropriate change of those circumstances they face and live, they can not stand up long or compete efficiently and equivalently with communities movement.
