Abstract

The aim of this study was 3 folds:
First: Determination of mesenchymal stem cells origin during regenerative endodontic procedure of necrotic immature permanent teeth, detection of these cells was performed using RNA isolation and 2-step Real-Time Reverse –Transcription Polymerase Chain Reaction (qRT-PCR).
Second: The ability of induced blood clot to aid in maturogenesis of necrotic immature permanent teeth after 3 to 3.5 year followup was evaluated using radiometric analysis.
Third: Impact of apical condition on the outcome.
