This research is aimed to studying the role of total quality management in the improvement of healthy service quality in the insurance hospitals in Mansoura city. and it was applied on the employees of the insurance hospitals in Mansoura city. the researcher used the random samples as a method of selecting the samples of the research ,and applied it on the employees of insurance hospitals in Mansoura city which is about 350 respondents .the research used questionnaires that have been prepared for the purpose of collecting data for the study variables, which represent the independent variable (total quality principles)and the dependent variable (healthy service quality).he also used alpha factor Cronbach to calculate the validity and reliability coefficients ,he also used both of the correlation coefficient, and the method of multiple regression analysis. The researcher has reached several results; there is a significant statically relationship between all the dimensions of total quality management and that of healthy service quality, and there is a significant statically effect of total quality management on every dimension of health care quality.
