Abstract
Tear film evaluation after CXL is a matter of importance . Using a fix an eye problem, its possible harmful effects on other ocular structures shouldn’t be neglected. The tear film is covering the exposed part of the ocular surface .It is important for the well-being of the corneal and conjunctival epithelium lubricant to the lids during the blinking motion and corneal refractive power. Furthermore, certain enzymes contained in the tear fluid, most notably lysozyme and beta lysin are known to have bactericidal properties.
