Given what is going through our communities in this very important Badmasmy upheaval of the Arab Spring stage and hit the community of division and disintegration because of the shifts and changes that have occurred in society and the belief of the importance of building social values that will return to the rural community cohesion and interdependence and cooperation, and our belief that religious institutions play an important role and influential in building and strengthening and instill those values that will create a structural functionalism featured a friendly, respect and tolerance among its members in order to preserve the social structure, stability and interdependence, which could lead to the rural community development participation in certain values running on the community and the homogeneity within the rural community and Kzlkaaly homogeneity of society as a whole from here look the importance of the role of Islamic and christian religious institutions in building and instilling moral values within the development elements such as the house and the street, the family, means of communication, institutions and social organizations. Objectives of the study : Objectives of the study determined the main objective of the study which is to identify the role of religious institutions in the construction of social values and Anekashma on development in the rural community stems from this goal the following objectives: 1- Identify the social role of the mosque in community development. 2- Identify the obstacles facing the mosque and restrict its role in society. 3- the role of religious institutions in the construction of social values (the value of cooperation, the value of forgiveness and tolerance, the value of corporate social responsibility). 4. recognize the importance and impact of this reversal of social values in rural community development. Methods and Tools Study : In line with the current study and its objectives it has been using social survey method, but for data collection tools, has used the current study questionnaire, where a sample of (240) single was distributed form Ali, using a random sampling method, to include sample a variety of youth and girls the men of the visitors to the mosque in the village of Jrajos, is an affiliate of the Center for qus villages in the province of Qena.
