المستخلص Introduction: The results of researches and studies said that academically outstanding faculty of low student from the fourth grade academic distinguishment have a strong knowledge and recognition of the low but the faculty of low hasn’t supported them through enrichment programs of decision making skills that has a great importance for preparing them to work at judicial field . The researcher will prepare a program for enrichment some decision making skills (decision preparation skills – decision representative skills – decision taking skills – decision valuation skills – decision presentation skills) for them. Aim of study The current study aim at knowing the effectiveness of a program for enrichment some decision making skills (decision preparation skills – decision representative skills – decision taking skills – decision valuation skills – decision presentation skills) in a sample of academically outstanding faculty of low students from the fourth grade . Hypotheses of study: According to the literature review and the previous studies, the researcher proposed the following hypotheses: 1- There are statistically significant differences between the average scores of the experimental group at the pre and post measurement on decision making skills in favor of the post measurement. 2- There are statistically significant differences between the average scores of the control and the experimental groups at the post measurement on decision making skills in favor of the experimental group. 3- There are no statistically significant differences between the average scores of the control group at the pre and post measurement on decision making skills. 4- There are no statistically significant differences between the average scores of the experimental group at the pre and iterative measurement on decision making skills. Method: The sample of the study consists of (24) academically outstanding faculty of low student from the fourth grade as academic distinguishment with an average age of (20. 6) years, and a standard deviation of (0.54) year. The sample divides into two groups: 1- The control group (12). 2- The experimental group (12). Tools 1- Decision making skills measurement. (Prepared by the researcher) 2- The program. (Prepared by the researcher) Statistical Techniques: 1- Wilcoxon Test. 2- Mann-Whitney Test. Results: Three main points of differences were revealed in the results. First, there were statistically significant differences between the average scores of the experimental group at the pre and post measurement on decision making skills in favor of the post measurement. Second, there were statistically significant differences between the average scores of the control and the experimental groups at the post measurement on decision making skills in favor of the experimental group. Third, there are no statistically significant differences between the average scores of the experimental group at the pre and iterative measurement on decision making skills. |
