Abstract

In the recent period has increased demand for food and the desire for diversity of sources and alternatives due to the increase in population in the world engineering geometrical progression prompting scientists and researchers in the world in the search for ancient sources that were not used or did not improve their use as sources of food and modern sources and cheap sources and technologies Easy conducted for the production of food and they found none of the best natural sources of natural products industry, all people accept them greedily adults and children in developed countries, and therefore can benefit from nutrition to patients and healthy people. In this study different untraditional agricultural sources were used to prepare various prmeminly jam formulas , the sensory evaluation of previous formulas was evaluated . The previous recorded evaluation was combine with recommendations that Grenadine jam.
