The burden of human capital development on the faculties of agriculture in many developing and developed countries alike through educational programs designed to harmonize with the targeted needs, selecting and organizing content, and selection of appropriate teaching methods is located, in addition to creating an effective learning environment, working in all ways and means towards achieving those objectives. The subject of Rooftop Garden of innovative agricultural areas the task is not only environmental and aesthetic significance, but for its ability to open up a new job market for students and graduates of agricultural colleges, depending mainly on the existence of an incubator learning environment within the agricultural colleges to help increase their knowledge and equip them with the positive trends necessary for the application of skills. Based on the foregoing; study aimed to achieve the following research objectives:1. identify the knowledge, attitudes and level, and the motivation of the respondents students to accept the adoption of Rooftop Garden. 2. to identify the behavior of students in stages make your decision to adopt new agricultural ideas. 3. determine the differences between males and females, according to the level of their knowledge, attitudes and acceptance adopt Rooftop Garden, as well as their behavior in the stages of the adoption of new agricultural ideas. 4. determine the factors affecting the admission of students to adopt Rooftop Garden. 5. determine the effect of attitudes as a mediator between the independent variables studied and the admission of students to adopt Rooftop Garden (dependent variable). Has been conducting the current study, the Faculty of Agriculture - Mansoura University in Dakahlia Governorate; where stratified random sample choose according to the gender of the students of the fourth stage at the Faculty of Agriculture - Mansoura University the total was (201) persons, of whom (82) males and (119) Female Distributors on various study programs altogether in the fourth stage, representing about 38.3% of the overall. The data were collected during the period from July to August 2015.
