Present research aims to develop a program for training mental using NLP to football Juniors under (16) years, and so to get to know its effectiveness in the development of mental skills (relaxation, visualization mental, focus attention), and the development of some of the basic skills in football. The sample consisted of (15) Player of the Workers Sports Club in Mansoura of football Juniors under (16) years, and the researcher used the following tools: (IQ test photographer, the ability to relax, muscle tension levels card scale, perception of mental scale in the field of sports, the network test for concentration attention, physical variables tests, skill tests variables). The results showed the effectiveness of mental training program using NLP in mental skills development (relaxation, visualization mental, focus attention), and improving some basic skills performance in the level of football (Scrolling pads of the foot, the foot pads of receipt, general internal foot Shooting), as shown Results how important mental training programs and strategies NLP in upgrading to football Juniors.
