Abstract
it goes without saying that certain changes have taken place in the pattern of the classical tragic hero Aristotle in his poetics believes that in the best sort of tragedy the tragic hero is an important person almost eminently virtuous who makes some sort of great mistake that entails great suffering . calamity does not descend upon him from above he merely makes agreat mistake.
