Abstract
The present study aimed at:
3.1) Quantitative assessment of the effect of different pH on the leached
bisphenol -A monomer from three different resin- based restorative
materials specimens over three month study period.
3.2) Evaluation of the effect of leached bisphenol-A on activation of
estrogen receptors of both gender male and female mice.
3.3) Evaluation of the effect of leached bisphenol-A on the reproductive
organs of male and female mice.
3.4) Evaluation of the effect of different administration period (one week,
two weeks and three months) on activation of estrogen receptors and
on the reproductive organs of both gender male and female mice.
