Abstract

Biomechanics analysis can coach to understand the kinetic problems and access to mobility solutions that enable the player to optimize motor performance in the range of physical abilities and physical as it contributed to an active role in the detection of strengths and weaknesses, and then develop locomotor performance through education and training, and the researcher obtained a set of performance kinetic quality workouts for boosting clean and jerk, which in turn influenced the level of digital achievement for the elevation in question, was the training to greatness in the form of parts of the nature of the actual technical performance and fine details; so be in a total overall shape of the economy with the skill to make the muscular effort, the researcher has used experimental method with one group using a video camera and computer program code-analysis and some computer assistance programs.The study was carried out on a sample of 5 weightlifters within the Egyptian team for juniors in weight lifting, representing 3 by weight categories (69 kg (lifter) 0.77 kg (2 weightlifter) 0.85 kg (2 weightlifter)) The results of the study showed the existence of differences statistically significant in favor of the dimensional measurement in the physical variables and the level of the digital delivery of elevation under discussion, and the discovery of a wide range of physical and technical errors I have a sample of the research were evaluated and treated by the researcher through standardized training program and on the basis of biomechanics sound, and implicit in his of exercises quality increased level Digital weightlifters in the greatness under discussion. The main recommendations are: the need to examine the performance of each category and the grains separately, taking into account individual differences of weightlifters between different weighted categories and the quad category per weighted, taking into account the choice of exercises biomechanics and fit in with the actual performance of the skill in question, and the use of the proposed training program for the development of the elevation clean and jerk form in the sport of weightlifting.
