Abstract
In this chapter, we have briefly discussed the Spare Capacity Procedure and WiMAX QoS Load Balancing load balancing techniques. These techniques have been evaluated and analyzed to represent the advantages and drawbacks of each technique. At the end of this chapter, Simulation and result evaluation of the proposed Technique (FFHT) has been represented. FFHT has been compared VS Spare Capacity Procedure and WiMAX QoS Load Balancing technique. FFHT performance overcomes the drawbacks of these techniques and result shows that it is suitable for real-time applications due to its small handover delay and fast load distribution time.
