Abstract The present work is a part of a program deals with synthesis and reactions of some new cyanoacetyl derivatives incorporated pyrrole moity and assess their function for biological activity screening. The work in this thesis aimed to: 1. Explore and develop novel organic synthetic methodologies of some new pyrrole derivatives. 2. Utilizing of cyanoacetyl derivatives incorporated pyrrole moity in heterocyclic synthesis.. 3. Synthesis and develop a novel pyrazole, thiophene, pyridine, pyridopyrimidine, arylidine, Oxazole, pyrimidine and aryl azo derivatives. 4. Studying the mechanism of the aforementioned reactions and assessing the structures of these compounds by spectral data. 5. Evaluation of the newly synthesized compounds as antioxidant agents and studying their biological activities. |
