Abstract
Laparoscopic hysterectomy is an alternative to abdominal hysterectomy . There are many advantages of laparoscopic hysterectomy for the patient including the length of hospital stay and rapid convalescence . Laparoscopic hysterectomy gives correct staging of endometrial disease like total abdominal hysterectomy but with fewer complications better quality of life and a slightly longer operative time.
