The analytical study aims at discovering glimpses and main lines which form editorial policies of Kurdish newspapers”Awina” and ”kurdistaninawy” comparing and finding out similarities and differences between them, and exploring these features through relating it to managerial factors which contribute in secretion , well-known targets of the field study aim at the editorial policy and effectual managerial factors in it. This is from the point of view of the based ones by communicating with Kurdish newspapers, and the knowledge of the relationship between ownership patterns of Kurdish newspapers (Awina- kurdistani nay) and its editional policy from the point of view of the based ones in communication with these newspapers and manifesting the relationship between common administrative and managerial pattern of thought like(editorial management, advertisements management, Distribution Management, presses management) in studied newspapers , and its editorial policy managerially and editorially from point of view of the based ones in communicating to Kurdish newspapers. The study depended on the application of content analysis of the study’s newspapers. It also depended on the form of examination to collect information from journalists inside Journalistic institutions in the studied newspapers and interviews with editorial and managerial leaderships in studied newspapers.
The most important consequences that the study reached:
First: the results of the analytical study:
The analytical results of ”Awina” point to monitor the governmental performance, and to practice the financial role to this performance act, newspaper’s facing against this economical and managerial corruption in governmental institutions and against routine in Kurdistan region. All these things are one of trends which form the main lines of editorial policy to the journal during the analysis.
The results revealed the journal’s care (Kurdistan nawy) to the political propaganda of the party as one of its main works. The results also revealed criticizing the attempts of some people who distorted service and national works in the government of Kurdistan province. The analytical study showed the concern for both newspapers by supporting and adopting issues of Kurdish people in Kurdistan province, and the Kurdish issue in other parts .the results also showed defending about historical national rights in Kurdistan which is establishing Independent Kurdish state.
Second: results of the field study:
The results of the study revealed that the aims of editorial policy came in the first rank for both newspapers. One of its targets is fulfilling desires and needs of Readership. The results of the field study revealed the most important effectual factors on editorial policy from commentator’s point of view, according to both newspapers; (financial sources and pattern of editorial leaderships).
