Abstract In this work freshwater crayfish (Procambarus clarkii) were collected from three different polluted areas in El-Gharbia Government, in the period between (March 2011 to November 2013). These areas are Tanta (El-kased drain and Shobar drain), and Kafr-Elzyat (Elbaguria drain), then investigation of some pathogenic micro-organisms to our crayfish were done, and determine some biological and immunological parameters resulted in the infection of freshwater crayfish with this pathogens. The results of the present study can be summarized as follows:- Morphological studies showed that the mail total length, total weight, carapace weight, meat yield weight higher than female and all direct proportion together. By detection of WSSV in the samples it appears negative result. Ten isolates of fungi were isolated and identified as follows; (Aspergillus niger, A. terreus, A. flavus, Alternaria alternata, Circinella musca,Pencellium digitatum, P. lanosum, Mucor racemosus . Fusarium lateritium and Pythium insidiosum). Using 16 S rDNA to identify the pathogenic bacteria results obtained recorded 8 isolates; (Bacillus cereus, Citrobacter freundii, Kurthia gibsonii and Shewanella putrefaciens, and Enterobacter aerogenes. The isolates showed resistance to some common antibiotics. Examination by light microscope of the gills was found that one genus of ciliates protozoa (Hemiophrys bivacuolata), which associated with the gill filaments. |
