Abstract The production of Superphosphates (SSP) from Sebaiya phosphate ore was studied by leaching with H2SiF6 acid. Various factors affecting the process such as particle size, Denning time, Acid concentration and Curing time, have been investigated to estimate the Optimization of SSP preparation. The results showed the technical feasibility of manufacturing these fertilizers from Sebaiya phosphates ore tested, however obtaining a SSP according to commercial specifications, requires grinding of phosphate Sebaiya to fineness such as 96% passing 100mesh. The study demonstrated the feasibility of manufacturing these fertilizers from Sebaiya phosphates, however, to get fertilizers that comply completely with the commercial specifications it is necessary to grind them such as 96% passes at 100mesh.
