Abstract Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is the most common endocrine disorder affecting 5–10% of women of reproductive age. It is the major cause of ovulation-related infertilities, accounting for at least 75% of cases with anovulatory infertility. The aim of the present study was to evaluate the effectiveness of transvaginal aspiration of immature follicle versus laparoscopic drilling in : Improving ovulation in PCO patients (by clinical & endocrinological data)&to compare safety of both procedure. |
