Abstract
The present work was carried on (50) albino female rats; the animals were categorized into five groups (10) rats in each group:(Group 1): control group (10 rats)The animals of this group injected intraperitonealy by 1 ml saline daily for 5 weeks.(Group 2): obese group (10 rats).After induction of obesity this group was injected by 1 mlsaline intraperitonealy daily for 5 weeks.(Group 3): Diabetic group (10 rats)After induction of diabetes this group was injected by 1 mlsaline intraperitonealy daily for 5 weeks.(Group 4): Erythropoietin treated obese group (10 rats):After induction of obesity this group was injected by erythropoietin 600u/kg intraperitonealy once daily every other dayfor 5 weeks.(Group 5): Erythropoietin treated diabetic group (10 rats):After induction of diabetes this group was injected by erythropoietin 600u/kg intraperitonealy once daily every other day for 5 weeks.
