Abstract

Pollution of water resources is one of the most serious problems facing the
world environments. This study aims at assessing the environmental impacts
resulting from different polluted sources on water resources at 3 industrial
cities; Kafer EI-Ziyate, Tanta, and EI-Mahalla EI-Kubra, Gharbiya Governorate,
central Nile Delta, Egypt. To achieve that, 15 sediment samples, 24
surface water samples, and 22 groundwater samples were collected and analyzed
