Abstract Objectiver : To evaluate the role of dynamic magnetic resonance (MR) sialography and diffusion weighted magnetic resonance imaging (DW-MRI) for assessment of the parotid gland function in diabetic patients . Results The changing ratio of the main duct width in dynamic MR sialography showed statistically significant lower mean values than the volunteers (p-value =0.001 ) The time of maximum ADC in the diabetic group showed atistically significant higher mean values than the volunteers (p-value =0.044 ). |
