Abstract
In a trial ainung to achieve a highly potent, economic and safe
inactivated mice brain rabies vaccine with different type of adjuvent ,
and compering between tham , the following steps were performed .
Firstly : propagation of the CVS strain in the mice brain to obtain
a high titer which obtained after two passages, with a titer of log 1 07.9
MLDso (0.03 ml .
Them testing the working seed virus against any contaminant as
ther encephalon virus.
Inactivation of the obtained virus by uSlng different
ncentrations of BEl [0.5 to 2.0%] which was finally used at 0.5%
a1 concentration , in the vaccine production, during these research.
