Abstract
This work was carried out at plant Tissue Culture laboratory in the department of horticulture, faculty of Agriculture, Suez Canal University at Ismailia During years 2008 to 2010. The Aim of this work was to use the invitro culture to find out a protocol for preservation and propagation of Moringa oleifera; M. peregrina and Rumex vesicarius as well as to obtain sufficient of plants to meet increasing demands of these important medicinal plants. The best protocol for in vitro propagation of moringa oleifera could be achieved by culture shoot tips on MS medium+ 1.0 mg1 BA for Multiplication followed by culturing the obtained shoots on MS medium + 1.5 mg IBA for root introduction.
