Charges in the structure of Egyptian economy may be explainej , any factors such as economic, demographic, political and technical among other factors. Over last period, there has been a marked increase in the population growth due to the declining in the death rate some what more rapidly than the birth rate. This population growth associated with low farmer’s share of agricultural land developed a critical problem caused the inability
agricultural production to satisfy the population demand from many agriculturaiproduct. This problem forced gouer— nment authorities to call for nanowing the resulting gap between domestic production and increasing population demand through importing large volume of the needed goods. Such policy showed a net food deficit on account of its import imposing a heavy burden on the balance of payment. due to shortage of foriegn exhange. Thus, this acute problem raised the concern of economists to accelerate
