Abstract Ecological factors that affect the fungal diversity on Phagmites australis are the aim of this study. These factors include : vertical distribution of fungi on p.australis ; physiochemical properties of water and mud of the sampling sites,and tissue type(stem/leaves) of the host. atotal of ninety-four higher phragmiticolous fungi were recorded during the present study including : 41 ascomycetes and 53 anamorphic fungi (46 hyphomycetes and 7 coelomcetes) beside 6 myxomycete species from 1500 decayed aerial. |
