Abstract
Neutral zone technique is one of the methods used to improve the
stability of the mandibular denture, and this study was carried out
to evaluate the effect of using the neutral zone technique in
construction of overdenture on immediately loaded implant in
mandibular overdenture cases, and comparing it with
conventionally constructed overdenture, as following:
Twelve healthy, completely edentulous male patients were
selected, and divided into two equal groups:
Group I: in which every patient received an overdenture
constructed by the conventional method, on an immediately loaded
implants.
Group II: in which every patient received an overdenture
constructed by the neutral zone technique, on an immediately
loaded implants.
