Abstract
The present work deals with the petrography and geochemistry of some metamorphic volcano-sedimentary sequences outcropping in the central eastern desert of Egypt. The area of investigation is bounded by latitudes 25’15’ N, and longitudes 34’25’ and 34’45’ E.
The area of investigation covers the eastern flunks of the high lands, along the red sea coast it lies and bounded by: latitudes :25 15 and 25 30 N and longitudes 34 25 and 34 45 E it covers about 600 KM2 and represents apart of the pan- african orogenic be it. the study deals with the petrography and geochimistry of some metamorphic volcanic- sedimentary sequence.
