Abstract Fluid powder systems are widely used in enginering industry to perform hundreds of important tasks. System desig may change according to the required application and specified performance. Most of system analyses consider aconstant supply pressure which is not the actual case and it affects the quality of the output product of the system. Accordingly, in this thesis, afluid power control system with linear motor( hydraulic cylinder ) has been investigated experimentally and the results have been predicted theoretically. These investigations provide astudy for system performance under different operating condition, considering supply pressure variation. The investigations have been carried out for different system designs. The analysis of the results introduces the effect of system designs on its static and dynamic performance. Also, the investigations provide the effect of variation of system operating conditions and load value. |
