Abstract
Effect of poultry manure and population density on the production and storage Ability of two garlic cultivars in the new reclaimed soil
Two field experiments were carried out at a private farm during the two successive seasons of 1995/1996 and 1996/1997.
These experiments aimed to study the effect of 2 garlic cultivars Balady and Chinese, 3 plant densities (2,3 and 4 lines/ridge) and the application of chicken manure at four rates (0,2,4 and 6 ton/fed.) on the growth, yield and quality of garlic plants.
