In present, amazing development in building construction field has motivated us to improve skills of management. For each repetitive activity in the project, the model assists the planner in selecting the optimum crew formation from a set of possible alternatives. As such the model “ Project” can be used to evaluate the impact of different project acceleration strategies such as; increasing crews size, overtime work period or additional work shifts relating costs.
In Repetitive Construction, no doubt that the independent application of LOB method and CPM method did not satisfy their users. CPM/LOB modified relation revived LOB and achieved the objective of integrating the merits of the two methods.
