Abstract
.This study carried out on 240 chickens to study the effect of jojoba oil
on immunity of healthy and infected chicken’s byE coli and Staphylococcus
aureus. By in vitro, showed bacteriostatic effect on Bacillus subtitles,
Staphylococcus aureus, Protues mirabilis, Actinomycis pyogens and Eicoli.
Results of body weight revealed increase after feeding jojoba oil (40mllkg)
for two weeks then decreased after 5 weeks. Immunological investigation
revealed significant Increase In lymphocyte
gammaglobulinemia after feeding and treated infection chickens by jojoba
for two weeks. By histopathological examination revealed jojoba oil good
protective against Ecoli and mild protective against Staphylococcus aureus
for I week after infection.
