Abstract Aim of the work This work aims at: Focusing on the use of issues of bisexuality in dynamic interactive therapy group regarding: • Its concept from an object-relations theory point of view • The different therapeutic approaches dealing with this concept in group psychotherapy • Assessment of the impact of this approach on - Sexual behavior of the selected patients - The whole therapeutic change of each of the selected patients Results In the present study, the concept of bisexuality according to object-relations theory and its implications on the therapeutic and psychopathological processes were investigated. The results of this study will be presented under the following items: I- Therapeutic interactions related to concept of bisexuality II- Responses to true-female and male characteristics questionnaire I- Therapeutic interactions related to concept of bisexuality The data collected after the analysis of the transcribted group sessions were written in a specific form to present the results (the therapeutic interactions) in a simple and easy method. They were 16 therapeutic interactions (8 from group of difficult patients, 4 from group of adult female and 4 from group of adult male). All the interactions were divided into direct and indirect approach (12 indirect and 4 direct). In the present study, I will present firstly the therapeutic interactions from group of difficult patients then from adult female then from group of adult male.
