Abstract
The objectives of the present study are:
1- to diagnose giardiasis in diarrhocic patients by:
a- Direct microscopic examination of their stool samples.
b- Examination of duofenal contents foolowing endoscopy
2- to compare direct methods of examination for diagnosing giarddiasis with copro-antigen detection using ELISA technique.
